About the Owner
Allison Atsiknoudas, AIA, President Sankaty Group Inc.
Allison Atsiknoudas brings two decades of proven performance in leading organizations to her role as President of Sankaty Group Incorporated. A registered architect, experienced entrepreneur and former United States Army Officer, Allison has a strong track record of developing and executing innovative solutions for one-of-a-kind challenges both in the private and public sectors.
Allison has extensive experience in successfully developing initiatives valued between $1M-$200M including, new construction, design/build, addition/alteration and abatement/life safety upgrades.
She is a former director of a $1 billion dollar property portfolio for the U.S. Government in Europe. Prior to founding Sankaty Group, Allison’s specific areas of expertise included; architectural planning, design and design management, construction management, capitalization planning and client representation.
With regard to planning, design & construction, Allison has been an advisor to senior managers and Government leaders, has acted as a consultant for the Government of Japan and has represented the Army Surgeon General as the client in design.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Architecture Studies in Design and Computation from MIT. She has received numerous awards for leadership, operational innovation and execution.
